What is the Ambassador Program?

The Ambassador program is by far the most influential way to grow and to meet new, badass, and beautiful women, like yourself.
This program is about growing my brand that carries out the message I want to share: that every woman is beautiful and strong and amazing.
This program is not only a way to grow my own business, but a way to give back and get more into the local communities that I serve, with new, creative, breathtaking, empowering sessions to wow your friends (sisters, colleagues, random folks you meet that are awesome…) and get them thinking about doing their own sessions.
This program is designed to be about connections, creating a community of women that are ready to get out and start celebrating their bodies, enjoying having their pictures taken - or learning to love it, and sharing their experience with others.
Not only will you get to have amazing, luxury boudoir experiences, but you will gain confidence, friends, and real connections.
Who are you…to me?

Who are you…to me? Let’s talk about that.
You, as a Brand Ambassador, are my main and exclusive spokes women, models, (marketing and brand reps).
We will begin with creating your own, custom, boudoir session, and while I will have my own plans and ideas, I want your session to also reflect you and your personality.
Have a cause, or something near and dear to you? Tell me about it! I want you to know that you are appreciated, and get the most out of the experience as possible.
I want you to want to keep coming back, and keep telling people about your experience with me!
I want you to feel good about telling others about Boudoir by Sindea, so they choose to work with me for their boudoir sessions.
Bonus?!? As you refer clients to me, they will tell me that you referred them, and you will get all of the options!
Referral credit to put toward your own luxury albums and wall art, with credits earned by referrals for both boudoir and portraits, posting in my private Facebook group, posting on your public social media, attending and helping with events…
You may be located in SoCal, Western Washington state, or if you are great at networking, you can live anywhere and be an ambassador, as long as you can refer at least 2 clients for sessions, and then I will come to you!

For every photo session someone books and purchases a Luxury Art Collection, as a result of your referral, you earn a $250 print credit as commission. For every portrait/non-boudoir session, you receive a credit of $150.
Get 5 referrals, and you’ll also get a $50 gift card to your favorite place! Get 10 referrals, and get your entire Brand Ambassador fee refunded OR you can use it toward your discounted art collection!
You will also earn credit from DAY ONE by…
- Posting 5 times per week in my private Facebook group (can easily be scheduled!)
- Posting 2 times per week on your own social media
- Joining me/assisting with small studio events or wedding shows
What is the cost to be an ambassador?

I am only able to select a few individuals that really and truly want to be an ambassador, so there is a fee to be a part of the Brand Ambassador program.
The fee associated with the program is $300 per accepted ambassador applicant (Value is well over $2k!) .
Returning/Repeat Ambassadors fee, $100.
Your only other ‘cost’ is your time and energy, which is also a very important thing to acknowledge, as we all only have a limited amount, right?
Don’t forget that you can earn back your entire BA fee! And you get a discount that NO ONE gets, 50% on products (my family doesn’t even get that)
And remember, that you get 5 digital images from every session. (over $800 value!)
The only thing that is not provided is the right to publish.

Social media presence is a big part of the Brand Ambassador program.

Are you flexible when booking team shots? Can you make a Friday/Saturday/Sunday work with ample notification? And on occasion, we may look at weekdays, but will do what we can to do weekends.

Are you willing to join community groups on Facebook and recommend Boudoir by Sindea when asked for photography and Photography by Sindea recommendations?

Spreading the word is important, so this is an important part of being in the program.

What is your boudoir experience, if any? (You do not need any experience at all!)

What strengths do you have that would be an asset to the team?

Do you have any physical features that would make you a unique part of the team? (This can be anything.)

Are you willing to do indoor, outdoor, or both? If outdoor, are you willing to go into the water (it may be cold, we would be quick), or in the snow? Are you willing to travel up to 2 hours away?

Tell me about yourself, anything you like, to help me get to know you. This helps me create the best experience possible for you.

Can you bring your own: bras/panties in black, white, nude, gray (and in good fitting condition)?

You do not need all of these, but at least a couple of basics.

Can you bring your own: white t-shirt or tank top?

For outdoor BA sessions, are you willing to change in public (bathroom, car, or with me holding something up to cover you while you change?

There are times when sessions are on-location and other people may be around, so it is important to feel safe, first, and second, to not give a damn about random folks. But, safety is first.

I have a range of clothing (XS-5X), wraps, coats, lingerie that I will be using for the BA's. Do YOU have something that you think would be amazing for this special experience? Coat, dress, wrap, lingerie...Talk to me.)

I have a strict no body shaming during sessions rule, however, I want to know how to make you most comfortable!

Do you have a spouse/partner that you would like to do a sexy photo session with? (lightly or mostly clothed) And if so, would you like that to be in your home (I would need to see images of your home to know if it will work) or outdoors at a beach, possibly getting a bit cold and wet? Or in my studio...(PLEASE note, partner's would also need to sign a model release, and agree in writing to the BA contract, for the session, and agree to any images being used by Boudoir by Sindea.)

This can be any love interest, spouse, partner, etc. No sex acts are part of the session, these are to show intimacy, love, desire.

Please share your size and figure shape. This is only so I know what outfits to use for which BA. I truly believe all women are beautiful and there is no one perfect size or shape, other than human. The human shape is perfect and beautiful. Please indicate: Bra size, general clothing (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL...) for top and bottom, as well as dresses. Please list your shoe size, and whether you are comfortable wearing heels for sessions. (You may be asked to provide your own shoes, but it is good for me to know sizes)

Do you have tattoos? If so, approximately how many (or how much of your body is covered)? *This is not a problem, I love photographing beautiful women with beautiful art!

Do you have any allergies to any specific fabrics? Cosmetics?

Please be specific.

Basic Hair and Makeup will be provided for at least one of your BA sessions, while there may be last minute opportunities where you would be asked to do your own; please acknowledge by typing your initials.

Please initial here that you understand that the BA sessions will probably last about an hour, (once hair and makeup are complete when provided, so plan for another hour or more for that) but there is not set time, it could be as short as 30 minutes (rare) or as long as 3 hours.

Is there ANYTHING else you would like to share to be considered to become a BRAND AMBASSADOR for Boudoir by Sindea? Anything at all!

Initial here: I understand that this is the application to become a BRAND AMBASSADOR. I also understand that I will need to pay a fee of $300 ($100 for returning ambassadors) when I sign my BA contract, (this covers your expenses and shows serious intent for the program) if chosen (that I have the ability to earn back through referrals!).

Model Release & Agreement

By signing below (type out your full name and date), I agree to show up on time for any and all sessions (there will be at least TWO during a 3 month period). I also understand that the session fee is included and waived as part of my job as a BRAND AMBASSADOR (session fee is normally $500 per session and includes hair and makeup, but is waived!), and that I will receive 5 web sized files (from each session as a BA) to share on social media, on blogs, in community groups, etc, as a way to gain referrals as a BA, and earn credit towards print and digital products from my session (s). I understand that it will take up to 3 weeks for me to see the images from my session (usually much less). I also agree to allow images from my session to be used on the Boudoir by Sindea / Delicate Confessions website, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram, and in all other marketing avenues and tools. Images may also be used for other purposes, such as business cards and materials, publications, and contests. I understand that Boudoir by Sindea retains the copyright and ownership of these images. I agree to not be photographed by any other photographer during the time I am a brand ambassador (for boudoir).
